Yasmin R. Saeed serves as an Associate at Bauman Katz & Grill LLP, with
a focus on commercial litigation in both New York State and Federal
Court. In this capacity, she works with clients on a wide range of
matters, including breach of contract actions involving construction
projects, mechanic's lien foreclosures, post-judgment enforcement
proceedings, real property and employment matters.
Ms. Saeed earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis. She is a member of the Bars of the State of New York, Connecticut, and California, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Saeed is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
