Victor Rivera Jr. serves as an Associate at Bauman Katz & Grill LLP. He has broad-based experience in diverse and complex commercial litigation in both New York State and Federal Court, as well as a thorough background in all aspects of civil litigation, including, discovery, motions, trials and appellate practice. He also has extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property and entertainment law.
Before joining Bauman Katz & Grill LLP, Mr. Rivera was Of Counsel to Lebensfeld Borker Sussman & Sharon LLP, where he gained experience defending and representing contractors, owners, condominium boards, shareholders and corporate pension funds. He also formerly served as an associate at other law firms where he represented the interests of a diverse national and international clientele.
Mr. Rivera earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, California. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He also serves as a Founding Board Member of the Bedford-Stuyvesant New Beginnings Charter School.
