Lee Stumacher is a Senior Associate at Bauman Katz & Grill LLP. He has extensive experience in construction litigation, arbitration, contracts and counseling.
Prior to joining Bauman Katz & Grill LLP, Mr. Stumacher practiced law with other New York law firms, city agencies and businesses with a strong focus on construction law and litigation. In this capacity, he represented general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, developers, suppliers, school districts, engineers, architects and homeowners in litigation, arbitration, mediation, surety issues, mechanic’s liens and public and private contracts.
Mr. Stumacher earned his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List for three years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at San Bernardino. Mr. Stumacher is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York on the Zoning Law Committee and was also a member of the Construction Law Committee.
