Joshua M. Tare serves as an Associate at Bauman Katz & Grill LLP. He has special expertise in landlord-tenant disputes and real estate litigation. Mr. Tare’s broad range of experience has included representing landlords and tenants in commercial and residential litigation in New York State Supreme Court, Civil Court of the City of New York, Westchester Civil Courts as well as various administrative agencies including the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and the New York City Environmental Control Board. Mr. Tare also has substantial experience and expertise litigating real estate issues concerning non-primary residence, assignment and sublet, succession, overcharge, and various complex commercial and residential real estate disputes.
Mr. Tare earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the City University of New York, Queens College, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Tare is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. |
